In 2006, I was at my highest weight which was 273 lbs.  I was under a lot of stress from the loss of my mother and other personal issues.  I'm a hairdresser and I started noticing physical limitations that were affecting my job even though I was only 30 years old.  I decided to take control and do something about it.  Jamie has been a client of mine for over 10 years and she encouraged me to start an exercise program and improve my nutrition.  I lost 35-40 lbs on my own and then moved to a salon in Southlake right next to Jamie's gym.  We started training together in 2008 and I lost another 65 lbs. by 2010.  In the beginning, Jamie and I trained two to three times per week but after a year, I was training 5-6 days per week.  I went from a size 26 to a size 10 jeans, I fit into my HS prom dress again, and I feel more energetic, stronger physically and emotionally, and gained the confidence to make positive personal changes in my life.  Now, instead of our training sessions being trainer training client, we work out together and it feels great to be able to keep up with her !!!  Jamie is one of my best friends and I love her dearly!   ~~Erin Neumann
